研究目的：

髋部骨折相较于其他部位骨折急救时更不易固定，术前会引起老年患者的疼痛不适感和心理负面情绪，这些均增加合并心脑血管病变的老年患者围术期风险。国内外指南推荐早期为髋部骨折患者实施区域阻滞镇痛。髂腰肌平面阻滞是一种新型阻滞技术。它阻滞股神经感觉分支，同时可以保留患者髋部运动能力，目前研究尚少。本研究旨在探索髂腰肌平面阻滞对髋部骨折患者早期镇痛效果，从而为饱受疼痛困扰的患者术前镇痛提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Hip fractures are more difficult to fix than other fractures in emergency treatment, which can cause pain and negative psychological emotions in elderly patients before surgery, which increase the perioperative risk of elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Domestic and foreign guidelines recommend early regional block analgesia for patients with hip fracture. Iliopsoas plane block is a new block technique. It blocks the sensory branch of the femoral nerve and preserves the hip movement ability of patients, which is less studied at present. The aim of this study is to explore the early analgesic effect of iliopsoas plane block in patients with hip fracture, so as to provide a reference for preoperative analgesia in patients suffering from pain.

纳入标准：

1.ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ;2.髋部骨折;3.年龄≥50岁

Inclusion criteria

1.ASA classification Ⅰ-Ⅲ;2.Hip fracture;3.age≥50 years

排除标准：

1.严重肝肾功能不全;2.凝血功能异常;3.合并精神疾病;4.药物过敏;5.偏瘫患者;6.患者及家属拒绝

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency;2.Abnormal coagulation function;3.combined with mental illness;4.Drug allergy;5.Patients with hemiplegia; 6.refusal by the patients and family
