研究目的：

本研究的目的是构建基于免疫相关基因的预后模型,并探讨喉鳞癌免疫细胞及免疫相关基因OLR1和RENBP在肿瘤微环境中的表达，更好的评估疾病预后和患者生存情况。同时筛选出可作为预测喉鳞癌TME免疫活性的预后基因,在未来可能成为治疗靶标,以提高喉鳞癌患者的生存时间。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to build a prognosis model based on immune related genes, and to explore the expression of immune cells and immune related genes OLR1 and RENBP in the tumor microenvironment of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, so as to better evaluate the disease prognosis and patient survival. At the same time, we screened out the prognostic genes that can predict the TME immune activity of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, which may become therapeutic targets in the future to improve the survival time of patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.

纳入标准：

喉鳞癌患者均为初诊，未接受放疗、化疗及生物治疗；患者无遗传性家族病史，无其他重大疾病，无梅毒、结核、HIV、HPV和HBV等感染病史；癌旁正常组织需病理确认无肿瘤细胞；签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were initially diagnosed and did not receive radiotherapy, chemotherapy or biological therapy;The patient has no hereditary family history, no other major diseases, no history of syphilis, tuberculosis, HIV, HPV, HBV and other infections;Normal tissues adjacent to cancer should be confirmed without tumor cells by pathology;Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

喉鳞癌患者已经接受过放疗或化疗，不是初诊；有喉鳞癌以外的其它肿瘤；有遗传性家族病史，有梅毒、结核、HIV、HPV或HBV等感染病史；未能遵守本项目的随访研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy, and are not initially diagnosed;Have other tumors except laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma;Have a hereditary family history, and have a history of syphilis, tuberculosis, HIV, HPV or HBV infection;Fail to comply with the follow-up study of this project.
