通过回顾性调查中国抗凝药物临床应用情况，对其有效性、安全性和经济性进行评价比较，分析其不良反应，以期规范其临床应用，提高疗效，降低不良反应，促进其在临床上的合理应用。  

Objectives of Study：

By retrospectively investigating the clinical application of anticoagulant drugs in China, we evaluated and compared their effectiveness, safety and economy, and analyzed their adverse effects, in order to standardize their clinical application, improve their efficacy, reduce adverse effects, and promote their rational clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.使用过抗凝药物（利伐沙班、达比加群、阿哌沙班、依度沙班，肝素，低分子肝素，黄达肝葵钠，华法林）的患者。
2.患者基本病历信息及诊疗过程详细。
3.用药目的、用法用量及用药疗程明确。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who have used anticoagulants (rivaroxaban, dabigatran, apixaban, edoxaban, heparin, low molecular heparin, flavta heparin sodium, warfarin).
2. Detailed information on the patient's basic medical history and treatment process.
3. Clear information on the purpose of medication, dosage and medication regimen.
