研究目的：

1、研究年轻成人内镜检查非插管静脉麻醉患者连接意识的发生率，与内隐记忆的相关性。 2、不同静脉麻醉药物对连接意识的影响，确定相关风险因素，并确定其与术后结果的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the incidence of connection consciousness in young adult patients undergoing endoscopic examination under non intubated intravenous anesthesia and its correlation with implicit memory. 2. The influence of different intravenous anesthetics on connection awareness was determined to determine the related risk factors and their relationship with the postoperative results.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、能理解并签署知情同意书; 2、年龄在18-40岁，ASA 1-2级; 3、拟于全麻醉下行无痛胃肠镜检查; 4、无认知、精神异常、交流障碍：5、遵医嘱完成胃肠道准备。

Inclusion criteria

1. Be able to understand and sign the informed consent form; 2. Aged 18-40, ASA 1-2; 3. Painless gastroscopy under general anesthesia; 4. No cognitive disorder, mental disorder or communication disorder: 5. Follow the doctor's advice to complete gastrointestinal preparation

排除标准：

1、怀孕、哺乳患者; 2、有术中知晓发生史;3、大量服用或滥用药物（阿片类药、苯二氮?类药和可卡因）、丙泊酚、舒芬、右美托咪定过敏；4、有听力障碍初中及以下文化程度；5、记忆功能存在缺陷；6、研究者认为不适合参加此次试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Know the occurrence history during operation; 3. Excessive use or abuse of drugs (opioids, benzodiazepines and cocaine), propofol, sufen and dexmedetomidine; 4. Junior high school or below with hearing impairment; 5. Memory function is defective; 6. The researcher thinks it is not suitable to participate in this experiment
