研究目的：

了解机器人辅助下前列腺癌根治术后留置尿管出院计划开展现状，构建并应用前列腺癌根治术后留置尿管标准出院计划方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the current situation of the discharge plan of indwelling catheter after radical prostatectomy assisted by robot, and build and apply the standard discharge plan of indwelling catheter after radical prostatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①通过穿刺确诊为前列腺癌，无转移，行机器人辅助腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的病人；②知晓病情者；③年龄>60岁，同意接受调查研究，签署知情同意书者；④有阅读或言语表达能力，能理解调查表所表述内容者。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with prostate cancer diagnosed by puncture, without metastasis and undergoing robot assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy; ② Those who know the disease; ③ Those who are over 60 years old, agree to accept the investigation and study, and sign the informed consent; ④ Have the ability of reading or verbal expression, and can understand the contents of the questionnaire.

排除标准：

①由于各种原因未行前列腺癌手术者；②家属要求需隐瞒病情者；③术后生命体征不平稳或出现严重并发症无法继续参与调查者；④有严重认知障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who did not undergo prostate cancer surgery for various reasons; ② Family members request to conceal the disease; ③ Those who have unstable vital signs or serious complications after operation and cannot continue to participate in the investigation; ④ Persons with severe cognitive impairment
