研究目的：

观察内镜下微创治疗对胃黏膜下隆起性病变患者生活质量影响，指导胃黏膜下隆起性病变患者临床治疗方案的选择  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the affect of the quality of life on gastric submucous protrusion lesion with endoscopic minimally invasive treatment, and provide options for clinical therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究为一项前瞻性、双盲、随机、对照、单中心研究，纳入170名病人。均为超声胃镜下诊断为胃黏膜下隆起（间质瘤？），直径 0.5 cm-1 cm。入选病人使用“随机表”方法随机化分为内镜下微创治疗组与内镜下随访组，其比例为1：1。两组病人在试验期间必须完成SF-36、EORTC QLQ-C30、CWS、HADS评分量表。通过这些量表评价内镜下微创治疗对胃黏膜下隆起患者生活质量的影响。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This is a prospective, double-blind, randomized, controlled, single-center study. A total of 170 patients with gastric submucous protrusion lesion (gastric stromal tumor) which was diagnosed by endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) with diameter between 0.5 cm to 1 cm. Endoscopic minimally invasive treatment group and follow-up group was choosed by using random table method equally. All of patients should be taken SF-36EORTC QLQ-C30CWS and HADS. To observe the affect of the quality of life on gastric submucous protrusion lesion with endoscopic minimally invasive treatment. 

纳入标准：

1.自愿签署知情同意书，意识清晰表达清楚，精神正常者；
2.年龄为 18-70 周岁（包括 70周岁），男女不限；
3.超声胃镜诊断胃黏膜下隆起（间质瘤？），直径 0.5 cm-1 cm。

Inclusion criteria

1. Willing to comply with the study procedures, signed the informed consent with clear consciousness;
2. Between 18 to 70 years of age;
3. Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) in the diagnoses of gastric submucous protrusion lesion (gastric stromal tumor) with diameter between 0.5 cm to 1 cm.

排除标准：

1.患有严重心血管、肾脏、肝脏疾病，如严重的心肺或肾功能不全者，无法耐受内镜下微创手术；
2.妊娠及哺乳期；
3.有精神障碍或疾病、意识行为能力部分或完全受限，无自主决定能力者；
4.不认识汉字者；
5.正参加其它临床观察试验或60天内曾参与其他临床试验者；
6.拒绝签署知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With serious cardiovascular, renal or liver disease, such as severe pulmonary or renal insufficiency, cannot tolerate endoscopic minimally invasive treatment;
2. Pregnant stage and breast - feed stage;
3. Have a mental disorder or disease, conscious behavior ability partially or completely restricted, no independent decision ability;
4. Cannot understand Chinese characters;
5. Participated in other clinical trials,or had in other clinical trial within 60 days;
6. Refused to sign the informed consent.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据保存与管理由医学统计人员指定数据管理员，采用SPSS软件进行数据保存与管理，为保证数据的准确性，由两个数据录入员独立进行两次录入并核对。对病例报告表中存在的疑问，数据管理员将产生疑问解答表，并通过临床监查员向研究者发出询问，研究者应尽快解答并返回，数据管理员根据研究者的回答进行数据修改、确认与录入，必要时可以再次发出疑问解答表。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data administrators, who are designated by the medical statisticians, use SPSS software to preserve and manage data. In order to ensure the accuracy of the data, the two data administrators input and check the data in two times independently. As for the questions in the case report form, the data administrator will make the questions answering table, and send inquiries to researchers by CRA, then researchers should answer and return data as soon as possible. The administrator modify, confirm and input according to the answer, they may issue a question answer sheet again if necessary.
