研究目的：

国内外研究情况、水平和发展趋势：现研究表明乳酸是脓毒症预后的一个独立预后因素，然而与乳酸代谢相关基因（Lactate Metabolism-Related Gene, LMRG）在脓毒症中的诊断和预后作用尚未清晰，乳酸相关代谢基因有可能为脓毒症的诊断和预后提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Research situation, level and development trend at home and abroad: Current studies have shown that lactic acid is an independent prognostic factor in the prognosis of sepsis. However, the role of Lactate Metabolism-Related genes (LMRG) in the diagnosis and prognosis of sepsis is not clear. Lactate metabolism-related genes may provide new ideas for the diagnosis and prognosis of sepsis. Research situation, level and development trend at home and abroad: Current studies have shown that lactic acid is an independent prognostic factor in the prognosis of sepsis. However, the role of Lactate Metabolism-Related genes (LMRG) in the diagnosis and prognosis of sepsis is not clear. Lactate metabolism-related genes may provide new ideas for the diagnosis and prognosis of sepsis.

纳入标准：

非脓毒症组标准：①ASA分级Ⅰ级；②患者精神状态良好且沟通无障碍、术前炎性反应已控制；③患者及其家属均自愿签署知情同意书。
脓毒症组标准：符合脓毒症诊断标准。症状明显，已经累计多器官

Inclusion criteria

Criteria of non-sepsis group: ①ASA grade Ⅰ; ② The patient's mental state was good, the communication was barrier-free, and the preoperative inflammatory reaction was controlled; ③ All patients and their families signed informed consent voluntarily.
Criteria of sepsis group: Meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis. Symptoms are obvious. Multiple organs have accumulated

排除标准：

排除标准：①肿瘤患者；②免疫、血液、内分泌系统疾病；③严重心、肝、肾等功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① tumor patients; ② Diseases of immune, blood and endocrine system; ③ Serious insufficiency of heart, liver and kidney.
