研究目的：

初步观察ITN患者的脑区定位和功能状态以及电针疗法对ITN的脑功能活动的干预效应。  

Objectives of Study：

Preliminarily observing The brain region localization and functional status of ITN patients and the intervention effect of electroacupuncture therapy on brain functional activity of ITN patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ITN患者纳入标准：
1）发作累及分支以第Ⅱ支和（或）第Ⅲ支；
2) 参加本试验时VAS基线评分≥5分，每日发作3次以上，每周至少4天有发作，连续 发作4周以上；
3）年龄18岁≤年龄≤80岁；
4）意识清楚，有疼痛感知和分辨能力，能完成基本交流；
5）签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。

Inclusion criteria

ITN patient inclusion criteria:
1) attacks involving the branches to the first II and (or) the first III;
2) VAS baseline score >= 5 points when participating in this study, onset was more than 3 times a day, onset was at least 4 days a week, and onset was more than 4 weeks in a row;
3) aged 18-80 years;
4) clear consciousness, pain perception and discrimination, able to complete basic communication;
5) sign the informed consent and volunteer to participate in the study.

排除标准：

ITN患者的排除标准：
1）患侧三叉神经存在明显畸形或压迫；
2）合并有癫痫、头部损伤或其他相关神经系统疾病者；
3）合并有严重心、肝、肾损害 或认知功能障碍、失语、精神障碍，或无法配合治疗者；
4）合并有控制不佳的高血压患者；
5）近期有明确诊断的严重抑郁病史患者；
6）妊娠或哺乳期患者；
7）安装心脏起搏器者；
8）由于其他任何原因不适合接受电针治疗或不能行核磁共振检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for ITN patients:
1) obvious deformity or compression of the trigeminal nerve on the affected side;
2) patients with epilepsy, head injury or other related neurological diseases;
3) patients with severe heart, liver or kidney damage or cognitive dysfunction, aphasia, mental disorder, or inability to cooperate with treatment;
4) patients with hypertension with poor control;
5) patients with a recently diagnosed history of severe depression;
6) pregnant or lactating patients;
7) install pacemakers;
8) for any other reason, it is not suitable for electroacupuncture treatment or mri examination.
