确定乳腺癌口服三苯氧胺治疗后子宫内膜厚度超声诊断界值。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the Ultrasound diagnosis threshold of endometrial thickness after tamoxifen in breast cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

乳腺癌口服三苯氧胺治疗6个月以上患者；绝经后患者

Inclusion criteria

Oral tamoxifen for patients with breast cancer for more than 6 months; postmenopausal patients

排除标准：

肝肾功能等严重不全；血液系统病变；过敏体质；合并乳腺癌及子宫内膜癌以外肿瘤；口服三苯氧胺之前已发生子宫内膜异常增生甚至子宫内膜癌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Liver and renal disfunction and other serious insufficiency; hematological pathological changes; allergies; In combination with other malignancies except breast cancer and endometrial cancer; Before the oral administration of tamoxifen, abnormal endometrial hyperplasia or even endometrial cancer has occurred.
