研究目的：

观察选择双层人工真皮修复材料联合自体薄皮片同步移植和自体全厚皮移植术的两组研究对象，分别在人工真皮组植入自体薄皮片后14天，以及全厚皮组移植全厚皮后10天的植皮存活率，对比两组植皮存活率是否有差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The two groups of subjects who chose double-layer artificial dermis repair material combined with autologous thin skin grafting and autologous full-thickness skin grafting were observed. The survival rate of skin grafting was compared in the artificial dermis group 14 days after implantation of autologous thin skin grafts and 10 days after full-thickness skin grafting in the full-thickness skin group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、自愿参加本次临床研究并签署知情同意书者；
2、承诺遵守研究程序，并配合实施全过程研究；
3、需移植真皮基质的整形创面；
4、符合特定的实验室检查结果；
5、能坚持、配合手术治疗及后期全程随访；
6、如果是生育期女性，应在筛检前避孕至少一个月以上，并承诺整个研究期内采取避孕且持续到研究结束后规定的时间。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent;
2. Commit to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research;
3. Plastic wounds that need to be transplanted with dermal matrix;
4. Conform to specific laboratory test results;
5. Be able to adhere to and cooperate with surgical treatment and follow-up throughout the later period;
6. If it is a child-bearing woman, she should use contraception for at least one month before the screening, and promise to take contraception throughout the study period and continue to the specified time after the end of the study.

排除标准：

1、创面部位经过清创和治疗，感染未控制的研究对象；
2、创面病理诊断疑似或确认为恶性肿瘤者；
3、恶性肿瘤研究对象，或研究期间需要接受放化疗治疗者；
4、糖尿病控制不佳者（经药物控制空腹血糖仍≥7.0mmol/L，或糖化血红蛋白HbA1c≥12%者，且转氨酶＞1.5倍正常值上限及有其他糖尿病并发症者）；
5、严重的心、肝、肾等脏器或系统功能异常无法耐受手术者；
6、对牛胶原蛋白和硫酸软骨素过敏的研究对象；
7、其他研究者认为不适合参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects whose infection has not been controlled after debridement and treatment of the wound;
2. The pathological diagnosis of the wound surface is suspected or confirmed to be malignant tumor;
3. Malignant tumor research subjects, or those who need to receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy during the research period;
4. Subjects with poorly controlled diabetes (fasting blood glucose is still >=7.0mmol/L after drug control, or glycated hemoglobin HbA1c >=12%, and transaminase> 1.5 times the upper limit of the normal value and other diabetic complications);
5. Those with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ or system dysfunction that cannot tolerate surgery;
6. Subjects allergic to bovine collagen and chondroitin sulfate;
7. Other researchers think that it is not suitable to participate in this study.
