研究目的：

通过前瞻性自身对照研究，比较小光斑高能量和大光斑低能量激光治疗咖啡牛奶斑的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective self-control study was conducted to compare the clinical efficacy of small-spot-size, high-fluence and large-spot-size, low-fluence laser in the treatment of Café-au-lait Macules.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、符合咖啡牛奶斑的诊断，男女不限；
2、从未接受过其他治疗；
3、病灶面积大于3cm2；
4、在全部了解治疗方案及风险后本人或监护人自愿签署知情同意书，愿意接受自身对照试验，并配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients that were diagnosed as Café-au-lait Macules, male or female;
2. The patient has never received other treatments for nevus of Ota;
3. The lesion of nevus of Ota is larger than 3 cm2;
4. After fully understanding the treatment plan and risk, the parents signed informed consent, willing to accept the self-control study with long-term trials, and with long-term follow-up.

排除标准：

1、突发急性疾病；
2、孕妇或有备孕计划的妇女；
3、对表面麻醉剂过敏；
4、病灶区域存在伤口，或表皮破溃患者；
5、正参加其他临床试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute diseases;
2. Pregnant women or women who have plans for pregnancy;
3. Allergy to topical anesthetics;
4. The lesions were ulcer or eczema;
5. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
