研究目的：

探讨动态肺功能监测在哮喘诊断、疗效评估及预测哮喘急性加重风险中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the value of dynamic pulmonary function monitoring in asthma diagnosis, efficacy evaluation and prediction of acute exacerbation risk of asthma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

主诉为反复发作性咳嗽、胸闷或喘息；胸片正常；年龄＞15周岁且<70周岁的非妊娠者；经专业指导后能正确使用手持肺功能仪；会使用智能手机及微信软件；患者同意参加此研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The chief complaint is recurrent cough, chest tightness or wheezing;
The X-ray normal;
Aged > 15 years old and < 70 years old of non-pregnancy;
Be able to use the handheld lung function meter correctly after professional instruction;
Can use smart phone and WeChat software;
The patient agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

由其他疾病导致的咳嗽、胸闷或喘息(如慢性支气管炎、上呼吸道感染、肺感染、心功能不全、肺部肿瘤等)；
合并其他系统疾病(如严重肝肾功能不全、神经系统疾病等)；
患者呼吸道症状出现急性加重者；
严重的认知障碍或精神异常不能配合临床研究；
妊娠或准备受孕的育龄期妇女；
近三个月内参加过其他药物临床试验；
近三个月内患心肌梗死、休克者，近4周内严重心功能不稳定、心绞痛、大咯血、癫痫大发作者，未控制的高血压（收缩压大于200mmHg，舒张压大于100mmHg）、心率大于120次/min，主动脉瘤患者等禁忌用力肺功能检查；
气胸巨大肺大泡且不准备手术治疗者、妊娠期患者等慎做用力呼气的肺功能检查；
鼓膜穿孔患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Cough, chest tightness or wheezing caused by other diseases (such as chronic bronchitis, upper respiratory tract infection, lung infection, cardiac insufficiency, lung tumor, etc..
Combined with other systemic diseases (such as severe liver and kidney dysfunction, nervous system diseases, etc..
Patients with acute exacerbation of respiratory symptoms.
Severe cognitive impairment or mental disorders are not compatible with clinical studies.
Pneumothorax giant lung bulges and do not prepare for surgical treatment, pregnancy patients, such as carefully do forced exhalation of lung function examination.
A woman of child-bearing age who is pregnant or preparing for pregnancy.
Participated in other drug clinical trials within the last three months.
Patients with myocardial infarction or shock within the last three months, severe cardiac instability, angina pectoris, massive hemopsis, epileptic dyffa within the last four weeks, uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 200mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 100mmHg), heart rate > 120 times /min, aortic aneurysm patients and other contractile lung function examination.
Patients with perforated eardrums.
