研究目的：

本研究以推拿结合悬吊训练对颈椎病患者的颈部功能进行康复训练，借助颈部功能康复临床规范的功能康复评估方法、表面肌电与激光关节定位觉测试，观察中西医结合康复技术对颈部功能的影响，并进一步探讨其机理，为进一步临床深入研究及推广打基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The neck function of patients with cervical spondylosis is rehabilitated by massage combined with suspension training. With the help of the clinically standardized functional rehabilitation evaluation method for neck function rehabilitation, surface electromyography and laser joint positioning sense test, to observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation technology on neck function, and to further explore its mechanism, to lay a foundation for further clinical research and promotion.

纳入标准：

1.符合《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准中医骨伤科病症诊断疗效标准》诊断标准的颈椎病患者。
2.患者能够且主观愿意配合并自愿签署知情同意书。
3.无悬吊训练禁忌症和推拿禁忌症。
4.年龄在20岁以上、70岁以下。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with cervical spondylosis who meet the diagnostic criteria of the ''People's Republic of China Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Standard TCM Orthopedics and Traumatology Diagnosis and Efficacy Criteria''.
2. The patient is able and subjectively willing to cooperate and voluntarily sign the informed consent.
3. There are no contraindications for suspension training and massage.
4. Aged above 20 years old and below 70 years old.
