研究目的：

1.通过临床主观症状和胃电图等电生理参数，探讨TEA对剖宫产术后胃肠动力恢复的疗效。 2.通过心率变异性和炎症因子的测定，探讨TEA的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The aims of our study was to evaluate the effects of TEA on recovery of GI motility after CS via clinical symptoms and physiological parameters and to explore the underlying autonomic and inflammatory mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

该研究纳入18岁以上的择期剖宫产产妇（因疤痕子宫，前置胎盘等指征提前安排剖宫产手术）。

Inclusion criteria

Consecutive women older than 18 years of age undergoing elective CS (cesarean delivery schedule in ahead for indications including scarred uterus, placenta previa, etc.) were enrolled in the study.

排除标准：

排除标准如下：1）既往肠道手术病史；2）既往炎症性肠病病史3）合并妊娠期高血压或者妊娠期糖尿病等妊娠并发症 4）对皮肤准备过敏5）熟悉穴位的部位及功能。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) a previous history of bowel surgery;
(2) inflammatory bowel disease;
(3) any systemic disease, such as diabetes mellitus or gestational hypertension or hyperglycemia;
(4) with a cardiac pacemaker;
(5) having surgical complications, including hysterectomy and postpartum hemorrhage (>1000 ml);
(6) allergic to skin preparation;
(7) familiar with the functions and positions of acupoints.
