研究目的：

1. 主要目的： 建立安全、可靠、经济、易于推广的盆底重建新术式。 2. 次要目的： 通过腹腔镜下膜解剖及间隙解剖的临床实践，探索盆底精细结构，寻找解剖学和临床证据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: to establish a safe, reliable, economical pelvic floor reconstructive surgery. 2. Secondary objective: to explore the micro structure of pelvic floor and search for anatomic and clinical evidence through the clinical practice of laparoscopic membrane anatomy and space anatomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 有脱垂相关症状并签署受试者；
2. 有手术治疗的愿望且此次为初次手术者；
3. POP-Q分度子宫脱垂II～IV度，可合并不同程度阴道壁脱垂或SUI；
4. 曾接受非手术治疗措施而症状没有缓解的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Symptomatic prolapse patients;
2. Those who have the desire for surgical treatment with primary operation;
3. POP-Q II-IV uterine prolapse, combined with/without vaginal prolapse or SUI;
4. Patients who have received non-surgical treatment without remission of symptoms.

排除标准：

1. 对于存在巨大盆底筋膜肌肉缺陷导致无法缝合筋膜缺陷者；
2. 多次盆腔手术后无法暴露相关解剖间隙者；
3. 既往接受放射治疗、免疫抑制剂治疗者；
4. 泌尿和生殖系统严重萎缩者、有子宫恶性病变者；
5. 生殖系统或其他部位急性期感染；
6. 合并其他疾病不能耐受麻醉、手术；
7. 有生育要求的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. For those with huge pelvic floor fascia muscle defect, the fascia defect cannot be sutured;
2. Unable to expose the relevant anatomical spaces after multiple pelvic surgeries;
3. Patients who have received previous radiotherapy or immunosuppressive therapy;
4. Severe atrophy of the urinary and reproductive system, and malignant uterine lesions;
5. Acute infection of the reproductive system or other system;
6. Patients with other diseases cannot tolerate anesthesia or surgery;
7. Patients with fertility requirements.
