研究目的：

明确中央前回腹侧部TMS对卒中后失语症患者自发言语能力的改善效应，阐明中央前回腹侧部-弓状束前束-缘上回通路可塑性在该效应中的角色，揭示中央前回腹侧部TMS治疗卒中后失语症患者的语言神经网络机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effect of TMS in the ventral part of the precentral gyrus on the improvement of spontaneous speech in patients with post-stroke aphasia, to elucidate the role of plasticity in the ventral part of the precentral gyrus-anterior arcuate fasciculus-supramarginal gyrus pathway in this effect, and to reveal the mechanism of the language neural network in patients with post-stroke aphasia treated with TMS in the ventral part of the precentral gyrus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 脑卒中患者，符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》诊断标准；
（2） 年龄35~70岁；
（3） 病程>3个月；
（4） 爱丁堡利手量表证明右利手；
（5） 母语为汉语；
（6） 初次且单侧发病，经2名具备临床经验的康复医学科医生确认，颅脑CT或MRI可见病灶位于左侧大脑半球；
（7） 经西方失语成套测验（汉语版）评估，失语商低于93.8分；
（8） 患者或授权委托人签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with stroke, meeting the diagnostic criteria of "Diagnostic Highlights of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019".
(2) Age 35-70 years.
(3) Duration of disease > 3 months.
(4) Right sharpshooter as evidenced by the Edinburgh Sharpshooter Scale.
(5) Native language is Chinese.
(6) Initial, unilateral onset, confirmed by two clinically experienced rehabilitation physicians, with a cranial CT or MRI of the left hemisphere.
(7) An aphasia quotient of less than 93.8 as assessed by the Western Aphasia Battery (Chinese version).
(8) Signed informed consent by the patient or authorized delegate.

排除标准：

（1） 由于卒中后认知功能障碍所引起的语言障碍；
（2） 有其他神经系统或精神疾病者；
（3） 有癫痫发作史；
（4） 有心脏起搏器安装史；
（5） 头部有金属异物或颅骨缺损者；
（6） 有幽闭恐惧症者；
（7） 妊娠期妇女；
（8） 受教育年限<3年；
（9） 其他不能完成课题所需的评估和治疗任务者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Language impairment due to post-stroke cognitive dysfunction.
(2) Persons with other neurological or psychiatric disorders.
(3) A history of seizures.
(4) History of pacemaker installation.
(5) A metallic foreign body in the head or a cranial defect
(6) claustrophobic individuals
(7) Women during pregnancy.
(8) Years of education <3 years.
(9) Other persons who are unable to perform the required assessment and treatment tasks for the subject.
