研究目的：

急性圆锥角膜表现为角膜急性水肿伴随视力骤降。保守治疗通常需要数周到数月的时间，最终水肿区疤痕愈合，并且视力可能会有一定程度提高。虽然保守治疗可以缓慢治愈，但是中重度急性圆锥角膜长期的水肿会导致角膜基质囊肿、角膜新生血管、感染、继发青光眼以及角膜穿孔等并发症。为了减少急性圆锥角膜水肿的愈合时间，目前有两种手术方法可供选择：热烧灼及前房注气缝合术。但哪一种方法愈合更快仍不确定。  

Objectives of Study：

Acute keratoconus with corneal acute edema accompanied by the loss of visual acuity. Conservative treatment usually takes several weeks to several months, the final edema scar healing, and visual acuity may be increased to some extent. Although conservative treatment can slowly cured the disease, but the long-term edema of moderate to severe acute keratoconus will lead to corneal stromal cysts, corneal neovascularization, infection, secondary glaucoma and corneal perforation and other complications. In order to reduce the healing time of acute keratoconus, there are currently two surgical methods to choose from: hot cauterization and pre-Descemets membrane (DM) sutures associated with intracameral air injection. But which method will heal faster remains uncertain.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①中重度急性圆锥角膜患者（水肿范围大于等于3mm）
②矫正视力低于0.05

Inclusion criteria

1. moderate to severe acute keratoconus patients (edema range greater than or equal to 3mm);
2. corrected visual acuity less than 0.05.

排除标准：

①轻度急性圆锥角膜患者（水肿范围小于3mm）
②矫正视力大于等于0.05

Exclusion criteria：

1. mild acute keratoconus patients (edema range less than 3mm);
2. corrected visual acuity greater than or equal to 0.05.
