研究目的：

（1）揭示阴阳交泰针法对PI患者PSQI、ISI、VAS、SAS、SDS评分的改善作用。 （2）探讨阴阳交泰针法对PI患者血清GABA、GABA ARα1、GABA ARγ2含量及其蛋白表达水平的调控作用。 （3）证实阴阳交泰针法可以通过调节肠道菌群提高GABA、GABA ARα1、GABA ARγ2含量及其蛋白表达水平，激活GABA系统通路，从而发挥抗失眠作用。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To reveal the improvement of PSQI, ISI, VAS, SAS and SDS scores of PI patients by the acupuncture method of Yin Yang Jiao Tai. (2) Study on the Effect of Yin Yang Jiao Tai Acupuncture on Serum GABA and GABA AR of PI Patients α 1GABA AR γ 2 content and protein expression level. (3) It is confirmed that the acupuncture of yin and yang can improve GABA and GABA AR by regulating intestinal flora α 1GABA AR γ 2 content and protein expression level, activate GABA system pathway, thus play an anti insomnia role.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合美国精神医学学会《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》（第5版）[35]中失眠的诊断标准；
2.年龄在18岁-70岁之间，男女不限；
3.PSQI评分≥7分；
4.近1个月未服用任何神经精神类药物及接受针灸治疗；
5.VAS评分≥5分；
6.知晓相关事项，可配合针灸治疗，自愿参与本试验并签署知情同意书；
健康人：
身体状态良好、睡眠状况良好、无器质性或严重功能性疾病、无精神疾病史。
①18-70岁，男女不限；
③近1个月内未进行过针灸治疗；
④自愿参加本实验，签署知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th Edition) of the American Academy of Psychiatry;
2. Aged between 18 and 70, male or female;
3. PSQI score ≥ 7;
4. Have not taken any neuropsychiatric drugs or received acupuncture treatment in the past month;
5. VAS score ≥ 5;
6. Know relevant matters, cooperate with acupuncture treatment, voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form;
Healthy people:
Good physical condition, good sleep condition, no organic or serious functional disease, no history of mental disease.
① 18-70 years old, male or female;
② No acupuncture treatment has been carried out in the past month;
④ Those who voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
②严重精神病患者；
③易合并感染，或有自发性出血倾向病史者；
④合并心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统严重原发性疾病病史者；
⑤酒精依赖患者；
⑥患有严重胃肠道疾病者；
⑦在1个月内服用抗生素、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、或益生菌等微生态制剂者；

Exclusion criteria：

① Pregnant or lactating women;
② Patients with severe mental illness;
③ Those who are easy to be infected or have a history of spontaneous bleeding tendency;
④ Patients with a history of serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems;
⑤ Alcohol dependent patients;
⑥ People with severe gastrointestinal diseases;
⑦ Those who take antibiotics, glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, probiotics and other microecological agents within one month;
