对比筛选并优化全口即刻种植修复数字化直接印模技术，为临床常规应用做准备  

Objectives of Study：

Compare, screen and optimize the direct digital impression technique of whole mouth immediate implant and restoration to prepare for routine clinical application

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）拟采用无牙颌种植修复的无牙颌或者需要拔除口内单颌全部
患牙的患者；
2）可以理解并愿意接受配合本研究；
3）全身局部条件可以耐受并适合采用即刻种植修复治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with edentulous jaws to be restored by edentulous jaw implants or who need to have all the affected teeth in one jaw removed;
2) Patients who are able to understand and willing to accept and cooperate with this research;
3) Patients whose systemic and local conditions can tolerate and suit for immediate implant and restoration.

排除标准：

1）患者单颌还有可保留的天然牙；
2）全身或局部条件不适合采用种植修复的患者；
3）无法理解配合本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with natural teeth that could be retained in the single jaw;
2) Patients whose systemic or local conditions are not suitable for implant restoration;
3) Unable to understand and cooperate with this study.

采用自身对照研究，每位患者在完成手术后，随机先后顺序采用传统夹板式印模技术制取印模、个性化口内辅助扫描装置辅助口内扫描技术和立体摄影技术扫描获取直接数字化印模。采用随机生成印模制取顺序的方法，对医生和患者采用盲法：三种制取印模方案随机组合共 6 种结果，印模制取顺序使用计算器创建的随机数发生器，生成了一个介于 1 到 6 之间的随机数序列，随机的数字被放在没有标记的、不透明的信封里。当受试者进入试验时，一个信封被打开，显示随机的印模制取序列。修复医师直到制取印模开始才知道干预分配的顺序。实验试验过程中不告知实验试验对象制取印模方式，所有的操作都是在病人的视线之外进行的

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据分析者对寄存模型和影像学资料进行测量，并对数据进行原始观察纸质表格记录，由研究者将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入电子原始数据库。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入。原始数据在按要求完成数据录入和核查后,电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程 序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，应分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data analysts measure the depository model and imaging data, and record the data in paper form for original observation. Researchers load the data into the electronic original database in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner. The corresponding database system was used for two-person and two-machine input. After data entry and verification of original data as required, electronic data files, including databases, inspection procedures, analysis procedures, analysis results, coding books and explanatory files, shall be stored in categories, and multiple backups shall be stored in different recording media for proper preservation to prevent damage. All original files shall be kept for the specified period.
