研究目的：

以低出生体重早产儿为研究对象，分析新鲜母乳和冷冻保存母乳对低出生体重早产儿的影响，探讨新鲜母乳在促进患儿生长发育及降低NEC发生率、胆汁淤积症发生率和新生儿喂养不当发生率方面的作用，改善患儿远期生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking low-birth-weight premature infants as the research object, this paper analyzes the effects of fresh breast milk and cryopreservation of breast milk on low-birth-weight premature infants, discusses the role of fresh breast milk in promoting the growth and development of infants, reducing the incidence of NEC, cholestasis and neonatal feeding malpractice, and improves the long-term quality of life of infants.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、出生体重小于2500g；
2、孕周小于37周；
3、家属自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Birth weight less than 2500g;
2. Gestational age less than 37 weeks;
3. Family members participate in this study voluntarily and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1、存在先天代谢性疾病，需要特殊奶粉喂养；
2、伴随心、脑、肾等其他重要脏器的先天性严重疾患

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congenital metabolic diseases need special milk powder feeding;
2, accompanied by heart, brain, kidney and other important organs of serious congenital diseases
