研究目的：

通过检测患浆细胞性乳腺炎及对照组人体乳腺组织和复制的动物模型体内，“TH1/TH2细胞失衡”和“上皮-间质转化”相关蛋白的表达，以及治疗后动物模型乳腺组织内的相关蛋白表达，探索“消痈散结汤”治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的作用及机制研究，探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎可能的发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

By detecting the expression of TH1/TH2-related cytokines and EMT-related proteins in breast tissue in plasma cell mastitis patients and control groups, and detecting the exptession of TH1/TH2-related cytokines and EMT-related proteins in breast tissue in plasma cell mastitis rats and normal rats and also plasma cell mastitis rats after the treatment of 'Xiaoyongsanjie Decoction' . To explore the role and mechanism of the treatment of plasma cytomymastitis in 'Xiaoyongsanjie Decoction' and to explore the possible pathogenesis of plasma cytosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病例全部来自于中国中医科学院西苑医院，全部病例均经我院病理科确诊为：浆细胞性乳腺炎病例（20例），乳腺纤维腺瘤（20例），乳腺腺病（20例），患者均为女性，年龄在28-45岁之间，非哺乳期。获得标本的方式为手术切除和穿刺活检。

Inclusion criteria

All the cases from the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Xiyuan Hospital, all cases have been confirmed by the pathology department of our hospital as: plasma cell mastitis case (20 cases), Mammary fibroids (20 cases),adenosis of breast(20 cases), the patients are female, aged 28-45 years old, non-lactation period. The specimen is obtained by surgical removal and puncture biopsy.

排除标准：

1.病理确认组织中含有结核及恶性肿瘤细胞;
2.孕期及哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pathologically confirmed that the tissue contains tuberculosis and malignant tumor cells;
2. Pregnancy and lactation.
