研究目的：

1. 通过解剖观察指背血管特点，确定以指动脉背侧穿支血管链为基础的穿支螺旋桨皮瓣修复手指皮肤软组织缺损技术的解剖基础。 2. 以穿支螺旋桨皮瓣为基础，设计一种指体侧方偏背侧的长椭圆形皮瓣。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the anatomical basis of dorsal digital artery perforator chain-based perforator propeller flaps for repairing skin and soft tissue defects of the finger according to anatomy and vascular features of digital vessels and to design a long elliptical flap located slightly at the dorsal lateral aspect of the finger based on the perforator propeller flap.

纳入标准：

2014年12月至2017年12月，手指皮肤软组织缺损伴有肌腱或指骨外露的患者。

Inclusion criteria

From December 2014 to December 2017, patients with finger skin and soft tissue defects were included. The tendon or phalanx bone was visualized in all wounds.

排除标准：

指动脉损伤、精神病患者、周围血管疾病患者、患者拒绝.

Exclusion criteria：

digital arterial injury, mental patients, patients with peripheral vascular disease, patients decline.
