Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke in Chinese real world.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 临床诊断急性缺血性脑卒中；
2. 年龄大于18岁；
3. 颈内动脉；大脑中动脉;大脑前动脉；椎动脉、基底动脉等颅内大动脉闭塞；
4. 行机械取栓术（包括但不限于可回收支架，抽吸取栓等血管再通技术）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke.
2. Aged >18 years.
3. Confirmed diagnosis of persistent occlusion of terminal carotid artery, middle cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery or basilar artery consistent with symptoms.
4. Underwent Mechanical thrombectomy (including but not limited to retrievable stents, aspiration and other vascular recanalization techniques).
