研究目的：

① 研究绝经后骨质疏松症女性血清总胆汁酸、FGF-19、GLP-1、GLP-2水平； ② 分析胆汁酸代谢与骨质疏松症的关系； ③ 影响绝经后女性认知功能的logistic回归分析。  

Objectives of Study：

1 Study the serum total bile acid, FGF-19, GLP-1, GLP-2 levels in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis; 2 Analysis of the relationship between bile acid metabolism and osteoporosis; 3 Logistic regression analysis of cognitive function in postmenopausal women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 女性。
2 年龄小于68周岁的绝经后妇女。
3 自愿参加试验，同意按照试验规程空腹采血测定各项指标、检测其他指标等。

Inclusion criteria

1 Female.
2 Postmenopausal women younger than 68 years of age.
3 Volunteer to participate in the test, agreed to test the indicators according to the test protocol, and test other indicators.

排除标准：

1 认知、言语、听力障碍及精神疾病患者；
2 合并严重心肺功能不全、肾功能不全、肝功能不全、或合并血液系统疾病患者；
3 患有肌肉、骨骼等运动系统疾病，服用影响肌肉功能及骨代谢的药物，或患有影响肢体活动的药物；
4 感染、恶性肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Patients with cognitive, speech, hearing impairment and mental illness;
2 Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, renal insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency, or patients with hematological diseases;
3 Suffering from sports system diseases such as muscles and bones, taking drugs that affect muscle function and bone metabolism, or drugs that affect limb activity;
4 Patients with infection and malignant tumors.
