研究目的：

1.研究戒烟对烟草诱导的气道炎症细胞、炎症因子及气道粘蛋白MUC5AC、MUC5B等气道粘液蛋白表达的影响； 2.评估戒烟后患者咳嗽评分及肺功能的影响； 3.研究戒烟前后、戒烟（或减少烟草摄入）后不同时间点气道炎症及气道粘蛋白表达的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the effect of smoking cessation on the expression of tobacco-induced airway inflammatory cells, inflammatory factors and airway mucins such as MUC5AC and MUC5B; 2. Assess the effect of cough score and lung function in patients after smoking cessation; 3. To study the changes of airway inflammation and airway mucin expression at different time points before and after smoking cessation and after smoking cessation (or reducing tobacco intake).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男性，年龄30-65岁之间；
2.目前吸烟，吸烟指数≥10包年；
3.自愿和有能力签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male, aged 30-65 years old;
2. Current smoking, smoking index >= 10 pack-years;
3. Voluntary and competent to sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.不能合作或不能依从访视安排的患者；
2.具有明确其他慢性呼吸道疾病史（慢性支气管炎、COPD除外）；
3.严重不稳定的其它系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who cannot cooperate or comply with visiting arrangements;
2. Have a clear history of other chronic respiratory diseases (except chronic bronchitis and COPD);
3. Seriously unstable patients with other systemic diseases.
