研究目的：

1.评估家庭尊严疗法在提高晚期癌症患者的尊严感、希望水平、促进心理生理健康和减少社会心理困扰方面的有效性； 2.评估家庭尊严疗法在提高家庭照顾者的希望水平、增加创伤后成长和减少社会心理困扰方面的有效性； 3.评估中国背景下家庭尊严疗法的可行性和可接受性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the effectiveness of family dignity therapy in improving the sense of dignity, hope, promoting psychophysical well-being, and reducing psychosocial distress in patients with advanced cancer; 2. To assess the effectiveness of family dignity therapy in increasing family caregivers' levels of hope, increasing post-traumatic growth, and reducing psychosocial distress; 3. To assess the feasibility and acceptability of family dignity therapy in the Chinese context.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者纳入标准：
(1)确诊为晚期癌症（晚期癌症定义）；
(2)年龄≥18周岁；
(3)确诊时间超过1个月；
(4)知晓自己的疾病诊断、病情及治疗；
(5)患者有完整的语言表达能力和理解力；
(6)愿意参加本研究,自愿签署知情同意书；
2.家庭照护者纳入标准：
(1)患者认为该成员是他们的主要或可信赖的照顾者；
(2)知晓患者的的疾病诊断、病情及治疗；
(3)患者有完整的语言表达能力和理解力；
(4)愿意参加本研究,自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient inclusion criteria:
(1) Diagnosed with advanced cancer (definition of advanced cancer);
(2) >= 18 years old;
(3) The time of diagnosis is more than 1 month;
(4) Know your own disease diagnosis, condition and treatment;
(5) The patient has complete language expression ability and comprehension;
(6) Willing to participate in this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent;
2. Inclusion criteria for family caregivers:
(1) The patient believes that the member is their primary or trusted caregiver;
(2) Know the patient's disease diagnosis, condition and treatment;
(3) The patient has complete language expression ability and comprehension;
(4) Willing to participate in this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患者排除标准：
(1)合并其他严重并发症及重要脏器损伤；
(2)预期生存寿命小于两周；
(3)接受抗焦虑、抗抑郁药物治疗；
(4)患有精神疾病，交流障碍的患者；
(5)三个月之内接受过其他心理关怀；
2.家庭照护者排除标准：
(1)患有癌症等重大疾病或长期患有各种慢性病；
(2)接受抗焦虑、抗抑郁药物治疗；
(3)患有精神疾病，交流障碍的患者；
(4)三个月之内接受过其他心理关怀。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient exclusion criteria:
(1) Combined with other serious complications and major organ damage;
(2) The expected life expectancy is less than two weeks;
(3) Receiving anti-anxiety and anti-depressant medication;
(4) Patients with mental illness and communication disorder;
(5) Received other psychological care within three months;

(1) Suffering from major diseases such as cancer or suffering from various chronic diseases for a long time;
(2) Receiving anti-anxiety and anti-depressant drug treatment;
