研究目的：

综合干预措施对社区OSA患者多模态标志物的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Effects of comprehensive interventions on multimodal markers in patients with obstructive sleep apnea in the community.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 18岁≤年龄≤80岁；
2. AHI≥5次/小时。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 80 years;
2. AHI>=5 times/hour.

排除标准：

1. OSA治疗过，包括CPAP，口腔矫治器，手术；
2. 严重的慢性肝、肺、肾、血液系统、风湿免疫系统及恶性肿瘤病史；
3. 不稳定性心脑血管疾病；
4. 患者报告有严重的日间嗜睡ESS＞15分；
5. 家庭其他成员入组该研究或正在使用CPAP；
6. 10%以上的记录时间内血氧饱和度＜80%。

Exclusion criteria：

1. OSA has been treated, including CPAP, oral appliance, surgery;
2. History of severe chronic liver, lung, kidney, blood system, rheumatic immune system and malignant tumor;
3. Unstable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
4. The patient reported severe daytime sleepiness ESS > 15 points;
5. Other family members are enrolled in the study or are using CPAP;
6. Blood oxygen saturation < 80% for more than 10% of the recording time.
