研究目的：

本研究旨在建立CD肛瘘和CD不伴肛瘘的临床标本库，完善CD肛瘘的致病基因及致病菌数据，为后续致病病因分析及患病风险预测提供前期基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a clinical specimen database for CD anal fistula and CD without anal fistula, improve the pathogenic genes and pathogenic bacteria data of CD anal fistula, and provide a preliminary basis for subsequent pathogenic etiology analysis and disease risk prediction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄不限,性别不限；
2. 2018年10月至2018年12月于南方医院就诊的克罗恩病患者；
3. 符合难治性CD或CD肛瘘的诊断。

Inclusion criteria

1. All ages and genders;
2. With Crohn's disease admitted to Nanfang Hospital from October 2018 to December 2018;
3. Diagnosed of refractory CD or CD anal fistula.

排除标准：

1. 孕妇；
2. 不能耐受肠镜检查者；
3. 排便障碍者；
4. 有严重出血性倾向者；
5. 有严重智力障碍或者语言交流障碍者；
6. 拒绝接受本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women;
2. Unable to tolerate colonoscopy;
3. Defecation disorders;
4. With serious bleeding tendency;
5. With serious mental retardation or communication disorder;
6. Reject this research.

通过查询我院2018年10月-2018年12月于南方医院就诊的克罗恩病的病历，调阅其入院记录，初步寻找CD肛瘘受试者,并筛选出就诊计划有肠镜的受试者。通过当面沟通，确定受试者是否同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。选出CD伴肛瘘的受试者后匹配CD不伴肛瘘的受试者进行对照。
