研究目的：

主要目的：对SGLT-2抑制剂恩格列净，在中国老年高血压合并糖尿病患者的降压效果进行评估以及探讨可能的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluate the antihypertensive effect of SGLT-2 inhibitor empagliflozin in Chinese elderly hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus and to explore the possible mechanism of action.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2型糖尿病合并高血压的患者；
2.平均诊室收缩压140~179毫米汞柱，舒张压90~109毫米汞柱；
3.年龄在65~80岁之间；
4.BMI≤30 kg/m2；
5.HbA1c 7.0-10.0%。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension;
2. The average office systolic blood pressure is 140-179 mmHg, and the diastolic blood pressure is 90-109 mmHg;
3. Aged 65 to 80 years;
4. BMI<=30 kg/m2;
5. HbA1c 7.0-10.0%.

排除标准：

1.难以控制的高血糖（空腹血糖≥13.3 mmol/L）；
2.确诊或怀疑继发性高血压，恶性高血压，高血压视网膜病变或高血压脑病；
3.肾功能不全（ eGFR≤60 mL/min/1.73 m2，MDRD公式）；
4.肝功能不全（谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷氨酰转氨酶大于等于正常值上限的三倍）；
5.既往有急性冠脉综合症，脑卒中、TIA的病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrollable hyperglycemia (fasting blood glucose >=13.3 mmol/L);
2. Diagnosed or suspected secondary hypertension, malignant hypertension, hypertensive retinopathy or hypertensive encephalopathy;
3. Renal insufficiency (eGFR<=60 mL/min/1.73 m2, MDRD formula);
4. Liver insufficiency (aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, and glutamyl aminotransferase greater than or equal to three times the upper limit of normal);
5. A history of acute coronary syndrome, stroke and TIA in the past.
