研究目的：

1. 揭示剖宫产术后的缺乳患者的主要中医证型的辨证规律，形成辨病辨证规范； 2. 阐释非药物疗法“五行音乐疗法”辩证应用于剖宫产术后缺乳的主要证型及临床调治作用，充分发挥中医特色疗法的优势； 3. 形成剖宫产术后缺乳的中医综合治疗方案，以供临床借鉴并推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To reveal the law of syndrome differentiation of the main TCM syndrome types of the patients with lack of milk after cesarean section, and to form the standard of syndrome differentiation; 2. To explain the main syndrome types and clinical treatment effect of non drug therapy "five elements music therapy" dialectically applied to the lack of milk after cesarean section, and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy; 3. To form a comprehensive treatment plan of Chinese medicine for lack of milk after cesarean section for clinical reference and application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合诊断标准；
（2）在本院剖宫产后的单胎初产妇, 无妊娠合并症及并发症；
（3）年龄为20~34岁, 孕周37~42周, 新生儿体质量3 000~4 000g；
（4）签署知情同意书。
同时符合以上4项者，可纳入试验病例。

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet the diagnostic criteria;
(2) there were no pregnancy complications and complications in the primipara with single fetus after cesarean section;
(3) the age was 20-34 years old, the gestational age was 37-42 weeks, and the body weight of the newborn was 3000-4000 G;
(4) sign the informed consent.
Those who meet the above 4 items can be included in the trial cases.

排除标准：

（1）已接受其他有关治疗,可能影响本研究的效应指标者；
（2）合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病者；
（3）有明显精神病症状者；
（4）根据研究者判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变或情况造成失访的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) those who have received other relevant treatment and may affect the effect indicators of this study;
(2) patients with primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases and hemopoietic diseases, which are seriously life-threatening;
(3) those with obvious mental symptoms;
(4) according to the judgment of the researchers, there are other diseases or conditions that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate the enrollment, resulting in the loss of follow-up.
