Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Enhance the efficacy and reduce side effects of anti-PD-1 antibody in the treatment of lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.已确诊为不适合手术或放疗的局部晚期（IIIV期）或转移性（IV期）非小细胞肺癌患者；
2.首次进行PD-1治疗；
3.ECOG体力状况评分0-1分；
4.年龄18-75岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who have been diagnosed with locally advanced (stage IIIV) or metastatic (stage IV) non-small cell lung cancer who are not suitable for surgery or radiotherapy;
2. PD-1 treatment for the first time;
3. ECOG physical condition score 0-1 points;
4. Aged 18 to 75 years.
