探索体素内不相干运动扩散加权成像（IVIM-DWI）技术早期评价结肠癌肝转移治疗效果的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was performed to explore the value of intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion weighted imaging (IVIM-DWI) in early assessment of colorectal cancer liver metastases (CRLM)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理证实的结肠或直肠腺癌，伴有不可切除的肝转移，且预计生存时间大于3个月
2.此前没有针对肝转移灶做过任何治疗（包括局部或全身治疗）
3.根据实体肿瘤反应评估标准（RECIST）版本1.1，肝转移灶至少存在一个可测量的病变（直径≥1cm）
4.ECOG PS0-1分
5.有足够的重要脏器功能储备

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients had pathologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of colon or rectum, with unresectable liver metastases and an expected survival time of greater than 3 months;
2. No prior treatment (including local or systemic therapy) for liver metastases;
3. Presence of at least one measurable lesion (>= 1 cm in diameter) in liver metastases according to RECIST v1.1;
4. ECOG PS score of 0-1;
5. Adequate vital organ reserve.

排除标准：

1. 存在磁共振检查禁忌症；
2. 合并出肝脏以外的远处转移；
3. 既往恶性肿瘤病史；
4. 患有严重的心血管疾病；
5. 难以控制的糖尿病、高血压；
6. 出血性疾病以及有未愈合的开放性伤口。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are contraindications to MRI examination;
2. Patients with distant metastasis other than liver;
3. Previous history of malignant tumors;
4. Severe cardiovascular diseases;
5. Uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension;
6. Bleeding disorders and unhealed open wounds.
