研究目的：

通过量表筛查f放疗患者需要的信息、焦虑、抑郁水平及其原因，并根据筛查结果对患者进行个性化的支持、干预，达到改善患者心理、提高放疗依从性、减少减轻放疗毒副作用、提高患者满意度、改善患者生活质量的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

Using the Radiotherapy Scale to screen the information about radiotherapy, anxiety, depression level and causes of radiotherapy patients, and according to the screening results, personalized support and intervention, to improve patient mood, improve radiotherapy compliance, reduce the side effects of radiotherapy, Improve patient satisfaction and improve the quality of life of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

研究组在患者进行体位固定时、放射治疗第一次及以后每两周，由放射治疗师通过纸质问卷或微信公众号问卷对放疗患者进行放疗关心问题、焦虑、抑郁筛查及生活质量评分，根据筛查结果进行个性化的解答；对照组只做放疗关心问题、焦虑、抑郁筛查及生活质量评分，不做个性化的解答。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

In the study group, when the patient was immobilization, the first radiotherapy and every two weeks during the radiotherapy course, the radiotherapy therapists use the paper questionnaire or the WeChat public questionnaire to screening information of radiotherapy patient concern, anxiety, depression and evaluating the quality of life. The information needs were provided with personalized according to the screening results; the control group would be screening information of radiotherapy patient concern, anxiety, depression and evaluating the quality of life without providing personalized information needs. 

纳入标准：

① 年龄≥18岁；
② 经病理诊断为肿瘤，均同意接受放射治疗；
③ 患者知晓自己的病情；
④ 患者同意进行问卷调查，签署调查同意书；
⑤ 患者能独立阅读、理解并完成问卷。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years;
2. After the pathological diagnosis of a tumor, they all agreed to receive radiation therapy;
3. Patients know their condition;
4. The patient agreed to conduct a questionnaire survey and sign the survey consent form;
5. Patients can read, understand and complete the questionnaire independently.

排除标准：

① 患者认知功能障碍；
② 患者有精神疾患病史/合并精神疾患。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient with cognitive dysfunction;
2. The patient has a history of mental illness/combined mental illness.
