研究目的：

通过高通量宏基因组测序及代谢组学全面分析各种类型气道狭窄患者呼吸道微生态的组成及代谢变化。  

Objectives of Study：

The composition and metabolic changes of airway microecology in patients with various types of airway stenosis were comprehensively analyzed by high-throughput metagenomic sequencing and metabolomics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、既往或目前诊断为原发/继发气道恶性肿瘤、或者气管/支气管结核、或者有气管内插管病史；
2、经气管镜检查明确诊断为原发/继发恶性肿瘤侵犯气道、或者结核分枝杆菌感染、或者气管内插管致气道狭窄。

Inclusion criteria

1. Previous or current diagnosis of primary/secondary airway malignancy, or tracheal/bronchial tuberculosis, or a history of endotracheal intubation;
2. The diagnosis of primary/secondary malignant tumor invading the airway, or Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, or airway stenosis caused by endotracheal intubation was confirmed by bronchoscopy.

排除标准：

1、具有支气管镜检查禁忌者；
2、活动性肺结核；
3、近1月内有下呼吸道感染史或使用抗生素治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with contraindications to bronchoscopy;
2. Active pulmonary tuberculosis;
3. History of lower respiratory tract infection or antibiotic treatment within the past 1 month.
