研究目的：

本研究基于临床，以电针技术为主要治疗手段，并以口服西药为对照，采用不同频率电针治疗CIPN，横向比较2Hz电针、100Hz电针以及2/100Hz电针的疗效差异，以进一步明确电针治疗化疗药物所致周围神经病变的疗效，同时优化电针频率，为临床治疗提供指导，最关键的是切实解决缓解的病痛，提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, based on clinical practice, electroacupuncture was used as the main treatment method, and oral western medicine was used as the control. Electroacupuncture at different frequencies was used to treat CIPN. Horizontal comparison of the therapeutic effects of 2Hz EA, 100Hz EA and 2/100Hz EA, in order to further clarify the efficacy of electroacupuncture in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy caused by chemotherapy drugs, and to optimize the frequency of electroacupuncture to provide guidance for clinical treatment, the most important thing is to effectively relieve the pain and improve the quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18岁以上70岁以下，预期生存时间为≥ 1年；
2.病理诊断为恶性肿瘤，经铂类、紫杉醇、长春碱类药物化疗后出现1以上外周神经毒性；
3.具备日常生活能力，无听力损失，能独立配合完成各项检查；
4.无严重心、肝、脑、肾等疾病，Karnofsky功能状态评分（KPS）＞60；
5.意识清晰，无精神疾病或认知障碍；
6.能签署临床试验的书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged above 18 years old but below 70 years old, the expected survival time is >= 1 year;
2. Pathologically diagnosed as malignant tumor, with more than 1 peripheral neurotoxicity after chemotherapy with platinum, paclitaxel and vinblastine drugs;
3. Have the ability of daily living, no hearing loss, and be able to complete various examinations independently;
4. No serious heart, liver, brain, kidney and other diseases, Karnofsky functional status score (KPS)> 60;
5. Clear consciousness, no mental illness or cognitive impairment;
6. Able to sign the written informed consent for clinical trials.

排除标准：

1. 患有严重的系统性疾病（心血管疾病、急性传染病、血液病、内分泌病、过敏或咯血）；
2. 患有其他原因引起的周围神经病变，如周围神经损伤或糖尿病周围神经病变；
3. 孕妇和哺乳期妇女；
4. 酒精和/或其他药物滥用或依赖者；
5. 参与针灸或药物的其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from serious systemic diseases (cardiovascular disease, acute infectious diseases, blood diseases, endocrine diseases, allergies or hemoptysis);
2. Suffering from peripheral neuropathy caused by other causes, such as peripheral nerve injury or diabetic peripheral neuropathy;
3. Pregnant and lactating patients;
4. Alcohol and/or other drug abuse or dependence;
5. Participate in other clinical trials of acupuncture or drugs.

随机化将由中国科学院肿瘤医院（浙江肿瘤医院）科研中心进行。将使用计算机随机化方法来生成4组随机分配序列号，另外的工作人员再将4组序列号随机分配置于不透明的密封信封，以确保分配的隐蔽性，信封外部印有参与者的筛选顺序，内部印有随机分配的分组，将连续编号并连接成一个序列，根据受试者就诊顺序选择相应序号的信封。
