比较先进的机器学习方法与传统的LR法在预测肝移植手术术中大量输血风险中的应用，并开发建立一种最佳的预测模型以指导肝移植手术大量输血，实现术前精准备血。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the application of advanced machine learning method and traditional LR method in predicting the risk of massive blood transfusion during liver transplantation, and develop and establish an optimal prediction model to guide massive blood transfusion in liver transplantation, so as to achieve precise blood preparation before surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2014年3月-2021年11月期间在中南大学湘雅二医院、湘雅三医院、上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院3家三级医院接受肝移植手术的所有患者。

Inclusion criteria

From March 2014 to November 2021, all patients who received liver transplants at the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, the Third Xiangya Hospital, and the Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine.

排除标准：

1.术前接受预防性干预（如预防性血小板输注）；
2.活体肝移植；
3.再移植患者；
4.小于18岁；
5.数据丢失率超过20%。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Receive preventive interventions (such as preventive platelet transfusions) before surgery;
2. Living donor liver transplantation;
3. Retransplantation patients;
4. Less than 18 years old;
5. The data loss rate exceeds 20%.
