Objectives of Study: |
Compare the application of advanced machine learning method and traditional LR method in predicting the risk of massive blood transfusion during liver transplantation, and develop and establish an optimal prediction model to guide massive blood transfusion in liver transplantation, so as to achieve precise blood preparation before surgery. |

纳入标准: |
2014年3月-2021年11月期间在中南大学湘雅二医院、湘雅三医院、上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院3家三级医院接受肝移植手术的所有患者。 |

Inclusion criteria |
From March 2014 to November 2021, all patients who received liver transplants at the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, the Third Xiangya Hospital, and the Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. |
