研究目的：

1.评价HIV自我检测干预对大学生MSM HIV检测行为的影响 2.应用健康信念模式评价HIV自我检测相关健康信念对大学生MSMHIV检测行为和其他行为的干预效果的及其影响因素 3.建立大学生MSM HIV阴性队列，测量大学生MSM的HIV新发感染率，评价自我检测干预对大学生MSM HIV感染的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the effect of HIV self-test intervention on HIV test behavior among MSM attending university; 2. Application of health belief model to evaluate the intervention effect and factors of HIV self-testing among MSM attending university; 3. To establish HIV negative cohort among MSM attending university and evaluate the HIV incidence rate and the effect of HIV self-test intervention for HIV infection among MSM attending university.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)男性，年龄大于等于16周岁
2)入组时为在校大学生（包括大专和本科生）
3)既往发生过男男同性行为（包括：手淫、口交、肛交）
4)既往未发生过男男同性性行为，自我报告性取向为同性或双性
5)既往HIV阴性或未检测
6)知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1) Male aged at least 16 years;
2) College students (including junior college and undergraduate students);
3) People who have sex with men (including masturbation, oral sex, and anal sex);
4) People with sexual orientation is homosexual or bisexual;
5) People with HIV screening is negative;
6) Ability to provide independent informed consent.

排除标准：

1)依从性低，不能配合完成随访
2)研究者现场判断存在其他不适合参加项目的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1) low compliance, unable to complete the follow-up;
2) the researcher judges that there are other situations that are not suitable for participating in the project.
