研究目的：

本研究旨在通过纳入我院疑诊获得性免疫缺陷的病例，观察并分析血清抗IFN-γ AAb阳性病例的临床特点、治疗反应及转归。  

Objectives of Study：

This study observes and analyzes the clinical characteristics, treatment response, and outcome of suspected adult-onset immunodeficiency patients in Peking Union Medical College Hospital.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a) 患者存在机会性感染，如播散性NTM、伯克霍尔德菌、马尔尼菲篮状菌、新型隐球菌、荚膜组织胞浆菌、带状疱疹病毒等感染，疑诊获得性免疫缺陷症；
b) 病人或家属能够理解研究方案并愿意参与本研究，可以提供书面知情同意；
c) 年满18周岁。

Inclusion criteria

a) Patient with opportunistic infection caused by atypical pathogens such as disseminated NTM, Burkholderia, Talaromyces marneffei, Cryptococcus neoformans, Histoplasma capsulatum, and herpes zoster virus. And the suspected diagnosis is adult-onset immunodeficiency.
b) Patient and family members understand the study and volunteer to participate in the trial, and signed an informed consent form by the person or legal guardian.
c) Aged>=18 years.

排除标准：

a) 患者年龄＜18岁；
b) 存在其他可以解释免疫缺陷的病因，包括先天性免疫缺陷、HIV感染、长期血糖不达标的糖尿病、服用免疫抑制药物等；
c) 患者或家属无法理解本研究的条件和目标，或无法提供知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

a) Aged<18 years.
b) The patient's immunodeficiency can be explained by other causes, including congenital immunodeficiency, HIV infection, diabetes with long-term substandard blood sugar, and taking immunosuppressive drugs.
c) Patient and family members do not understand the study objectives and conditions, or the informed consent form is not available.
