研究目的：

探讨前列腺癌患者接受最大限度雄激素阻断治疗后其认知功能损害的特点及其海马区氢质子磁共振波谱 NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr 值的变化特点，并研究两者的相关性；为该类患者认知功能障碍的治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the characteristics of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy on hippocampus in prostate cancer patients undergoing complete androgen blockade and its relationship with cognitive impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥60 岁，非文盲，右利手患者；(2)病理明确诊断前列腺癌，且首次接受 MAB 治疗≥6 个月；(3)有足够的视觉和听觉分辨力能接受神经心理学测试；（4）)患者知情同意本研究干预方案并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) male right-handed patients who were aged 60 or older and literacy; (2) patients diagnosed with prostate cancer;
(3) patients who underwent complete androgen blockade after diagnosis; (4)patients who have good visual and auditory capacities;（5）patients who were willing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

（1)在确诊前列腺癌之前已有认知功能障碍的患者；(2)患有能够影响认知功能的各种神经系统疾病患者，包括阿尔兹海默病、血管性痴呆、脑卒中、帕金森病、中枢神经系统炎性病变、颅内肿瘤、癫痫等；(3)合并免疫系统疾病患者，如甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状腺功能减退症、系统性红斑狼疮等（4)存在明显影响认知功能测试的听觉、视觉障碍的患者；(5)患有幽闭症或体内携带心脏起搏器等其它金属异物不能行磁共振检查者；（6）既往有抑郁症、躁狂症等精神病史或有精神性疾病家族史者；(7)有酗酒、吸毒史及长期应用糖皮质激素、抗精神病类药物、镇静催眠类药物等影响认知功能的患者；（8)前列腺癌进展到CRPC期；（9）糖尿病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients who suffered previous cognitive disorders; (2) patients who suffered nervous system disease which can influence cognition,such as Alzheimer's disease,stroke,Parkinson's disease,intracranial tumor and epilepsy;(3) patients suffered disease that affect th.eir immune system,such as hyperthyroidism,hypothyroidism,and systemic lupus erythematosus;(4) patients who have impaired visual and auditory capacities;(5)patients cannot complete the MRI;(6) patients who had a history of mental illness;(7) patients who had a history of alcoholism ,drug use,long-term using glucocorticoid and taking antipsychotic drugs.
