研究目的：

1.分析CKD患者AASI动态变化与血压变异的相关性（日间/夜间平均收缩压、日间/夜间平均舒张压、日间/夜间平均动脉压、日间/夜间血压控制率、夜间隐匿性高血压、夜间血压下降率、昼夜血压节律（勺型、非勺型、反勺型、深勺型）； 2.了解AASI动态变化与心血管特性相关性（心率、BNP、心酶谱、心蛋白谱、颈动脉中层厚度、左心室质量指数）； 3.了解AASI动态变化与肾功能相关性（肌酐、尿蛋白/肌酐、24小时尿蛋白定量、肾小球滤过率、胱抑素C）； 4.了解AASI动态变化与矿物质代谢的相关性（钙、磷、维生素D、甲状旁腺激素）； 5.了解AASI与心血管并发症的相关性（心力衰竭、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心肌梗塞、脑梗塞等）。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The analysis the correlation of dynamic change and the blood pressure variation (day/night mean systolic blood pressure, day/night mean diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure, day/night daytime/nighttime blood pressure control, occult rate of high blood pressure, blood pressure drops at night by night, and circadian rhythm of blood pressure (a spoon, a spoon, spoon, deep scoop); 2. To understand the correlation between AASI dynamic changes and cardiovascular characteristics (heart rate, BNP, cardiac enzyme profile, cardiac protein profile, carotid middle thickness and left ventricular mass index); 3. To understand the correlation between AASI dynamic change and renal function (creatinine, urine protein/creatinine, 24-hour urine protein ration, glomerular filtration rate, cystatin C); 4. To understand the correlation between AASI dynamic changes and mineral metabolism (calcium, phosphorus, vitamin D, parathyroid hormone); 5. To understand the correlation between AASI and cardiovascular complications (heart failure, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, etc.)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄≥18岁。
(2) 符合KDIQI指南CKD的诊断标准，即各种原因引起的肾脏结构和功能障碍≥3个月，包括肾小球滤过率正常和不正常的病理损伤、血液或尿液成分异常，及影像学检查异常；或不明原因的肾小球滤过率下降超过3个月。
(3) CKD患者均合并高血压，高血压诊断标准符合《中国肾性高血压管理指南2016》诊断标准，即：在未使用降压药物的情况下，非同日 3 次测量血压，收缩压( SBP) ≥140 mmHg 和( 或) 舒张压( DBP) ≥90 mmHg；患者既往有高血压史，目前正在使用降压药物，血压虽然低于 140 /90 mmHg，也诊断为高血压；24小时动态血压诊断高血压标准：24小时平均收缩压/舒张压≥130/80mmHg，白天≥135/85mmHg，夜间≥120/70mmHg。
（4）血液透析、腹膜透析患者均需规律透析3个月以上。
（5）均有血常规、肝肾功、电解质、血脂、BNP、颈部血管超声、心脏超声检查结果。
（6）同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged ≥18 years.
(2) meet the diagnostic criteria of CKD in the KDIQI guideline, that is, renal structure and function dysfunction caused by various reasons >= 3 months, including pathological damage of normal and abnormal glomerular filtration rate, abnormal blood or urine composition, and abnormal imaging examination;Or unexplained decrease in glomerular filtration rate over 3 months.
(3) all CKD patients were complicated with hypertension, and the diagnostic criteria for hypertension were in line with the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese renal hypertension management guidelines 2016", that is, blood pressure was measured three times on different days without antihypertensive drugs, systolic blood pressure (SBP) >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >= 90 mmHg.The patient had a history of hypertension and was currently taking antihypertensive drugs. Although the blood pressure was lower than 140/90mmhg, the patient was also diagnosed with hypertension.Criteria for diagnosis of hypertension: mean systolic/diastolic blood pressure >= 130/80mmhg at 24 hours, >= 135/85mmhg at day, >= 120/70mmhg at night.
(4) patients with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis need regular dialysis for more than 3 months.
(5) results of blood routine examination, liver and kidney function, electrolyte, blood lipid, BNP, ultrasonic examination of neck vessels and cardiac ultrasound were all obtained.
(6) agree and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1) 排除急性肾功能不全、肾病综合征、高血压危象、甲状腺功能亢进患者。
(2) 排除妊娠期妇女。
(3) 排除精神障碍不能配合或生活不能自理的患者。
(4) 排除住院期间使用硝普钠、硝酸酯类药物的患者。
(5) 排除其他影响动脉顺应性及心脏自主神经功能的疾病：心脏瓣膜病、各种传导阻滞、心房扑动及心房纤颤、特殊类型心脏病(风湿性心脏病、先天性心脏病和心肌病等)、恶性肿瘤的患者。
(6) 排除资料不完全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with acute renal insufficiency, nephrotic syndrome, hypertensive crisis, and hyperthyroidism were excluded.
(2) excluding pregnant women.
(3) remove the patients who cannot cooperate with mental disorder or cannot take care of themselves.
(4) patients treated with sodium nitroprusside and nitrates during hospitalization were excluded.
(5) exclude other diseases that affect arterial compliance and cardiac autonomic nerve function: valvular heart disease, various conduction blocks, atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation, special types of heart disease (rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, etc.), and malignant tumors.
(6) patients with incomplete data were excluded.
