探讨胰肾联合移植术后血糖恢复的具体机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the mechanism of blood glucose recovery after Simultaneous pancreas kidney transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者确诊糖尿病肾病；无肺部感染、尿路感染；血尿CMV和BK病毒DNA均阴性，随访期间无恶性肿瘤。

Inclusion criteria

The patients were diagnosed as diabetic nephropathy, no pulmonary infection and urinary tract infection, no CMV and BK virus DNA in hematuria and no malignant tumor during follow-up.

排除标准：

基本信息不全的患者；拒绝入组的患者；血肌酐升高原因不明，二次肾移植受者；已行胰腺移植；未纠正的凝血功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with incomplete basic information; patients who refused to enter the group; patients with unknown cause of serum creatinine rise, secondary kidney transplantation recipients; pancreas transplantation; uncorrected coagulation dysfunction.
