明确引起脑卒中、脊髓损伤后疼痛致痛物质类别，明确不同原因与致痛物质类别的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the category of pain causing substances after stroke and spinal cord injury, and clarify the correlation between different causes and the category of pain causing substances.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄20-80岁
2.脑卒中：符合2019中华医学会神经病学分会和中华医学会神经病学分会脑血管学组制定的诊断要点；首次单侧发病；实验组偏瘫肩痛，疼痛程度VAS>3分；偏瘫肩痛符合《中国康复医学诊疗规范》的相关标准；
3.脊髓损伤：诊断符合脊髓损伤神经学分类国际标准（2011年修订）；实验组下肢神经病理性疼痛，疼痛程度VAS>3分
4.CT/MRI检查证实；
5.患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. 20-80 years old
2. Stroke: in line with the diagnostic points formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Cerebrovascular Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2019; the first unilateral onset; the experimental group had hemiplegic shoulder pain, and the pain degree VAS>3 points; hemiplegic shoulder pain Comply with the relevant standards of the "Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Standards";
3. Spinal cord injury: The diagnosis was in accordance with the international standard for neurological classification of spinal cord injury (revised in 2011); the lower extremity neuropathic pain in the experimental group, the pain degree VAS>3 points
4. Confirmed by CT/MRI examination;
5. Patient informed consent.

排除标准：

1.昏迷，意识不清、病情危重，不愿或不能配合者；
2.已经妊娠或近期准备妊娠女性；
3.影响信息采集的其他因素，如精神病史；
4.有感染性疾病、风湿免疫系统疾病，如呼吸道、泌尿、皮肤软组织等感染、系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征等；
5.有躯体其他部位疼痛。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coma, unclear consciousness, critical condition, unwilling or unable to cooperate;
2. Women who have been pregnant or are about to be pregnant recently;
3. Other factors affecting information collection, such as mental history;
4, There are infectious diseases, rheumatic immune system diseases, such as respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue infection, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren syndrome and so on.
5. Pain in other parts of the body.
