研究目的：

探讨血必净对ECMO治疗患者炎性因子及预后影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of Xuebijing on inflammatory factors and prognosis of patients treated with ECMO.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18至75岁入住青岛大学附属医院重症医学科患者；
2.诊断为急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克应用ECMO治疗患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged 18 to 75 admitted to the Intensive Care Department of Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital;
2.Patients diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction with cardiogenic shock were treated with ECMO.

排除标准：

1.对血必净有过敏史；
2.任何确诊或疑似免疫抑制或免疫缺陷状态；
3.入院时已知或疑似感染的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of allergy to Xuebijing;
2. Any confirmed or suspected immunosuppression or immunodeficiency status;
3. Patients with known or suspected infection at the time of admission.
