研究目的：

1.第一部分为回顾性研究，统计分析我科既往住院患者已建立的持续葡萄糖监测数据库约6400例，分析比较血糖波动达标组（%CV≤33%）与血糖波动不达标组（%CV>33%）患者的全因死亡、心血管死亡终点发生情况； 2.第二部分为横断面研究，拟于2022年1月1日起招募入组100例住院糖尿病患者，患者住院期间佩戴持续葡萄糖监测系统，将患者按照血糖变异系数（%CV）分为2组，利用无创超声测定血管内皮功能，比较50例严格血糖波动控制组（%CV≤33%）与50例血糖波动不达标组（%CV>33%）的住院糖尿病患者血管内皮功能有无差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The first part is a retrospective study. About 6400 cases of the continuous glucose monitoring database established in our department were statistically analyzed. The blood glucose fluctuation group (%CV<=33%) and the blood glucose fluctuation group that did not meet the standard (%CV> 33%) the incidence of all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality in patients; 2. The second part is a cross-sectional study. It is planned to recruit 100 hospitalized diabetic patients from January 1, 2022. The patients wear a continuous glucose monitoring system during hospitalization. group, the vascular endothelial function was measured by non-invasive ultrasound, and the vascular endothelial function of 50 inpatients with diabetes in the strict blood glucose fluctuation control group (%CV<=33%) and the 50 inpatients with substandard blood glucose fluctuation group (%CV>33%) were compared. .

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁明确诊断为2型糖尿病患者；
2.既往3月内降糖治疗方案稳定；
3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18-75 years old with a clear diagnosis of type 2 diabetes;
2. The hypoglycemic treatment plan has been stable in the past 3 months;
3. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.过去3月内发生糖尿病急性并发症患者，如糖尿病酮症酸中毒，反复严重的低血糖等；
2.严重肝肾功能损害、心功能不全、感染性疾病、脑卒中、急性心肌梗死、肿瘤等可能影响糖代谢的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute complications of diabetes in the past 3 months, such as diabetic ketoacidosis, repeated severe hypoglycemia, etc.;
2. Severe liver and kidney damage, cardiac insufficiency, infectious diseases, stroke, acute myocardial infarction, tumors and other diseases that may affect glucose metabolism.
