研究目的：

提高气道介入治疗时的麻醉安全性，寻求更为有效的通气工具和通气方法，确定影响患者氧合的主要危险因素，降低患者围术期不良事件的发生率，提高医疗质量和患者满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

Improve the safety of anesthesia during airway interventional therapy, seek more effective ventilation tools and methods, determine the main risk factors affecting patients' oxygenation, reduce the incidence of perioperative adverse events, improve medical quality and patient satisfaction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.于应急总医院呼吸介入治疗中心行气道介入治疗的患者；
2.诊断合并有气道病变的患者；
3.年龄：18-80岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing airway interventional therapy in the Respiratory Interventional Therapy Center of Emergency General Hospital;
2. Diagnose patients with airway disease;
3. 18-80 years old.

排除标准：

1. 心功能呼吸功能衰竭患者；
2. 昏迷；
3. 气管切开、气管插管患者；
4. 入室SPO2小于90%；
5. 明显精神和神经系统疾病史；
6. 镇静催眠药物服用史；
7. 酒精滥用史；
8. 术中改变麻醉方式者；
9. 术中大出血患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cardiac and respiratory failure;
2. coma;
3. Patients with tracheotomy and tracheal intubation;
4. SPO2 in the room is less than 90%;
5. History of obvious mental and neurological diseases;
6. History of taking sedative and hypnotic drugs;
7. History of alcohol abuse;
8. Those who change the way of anesthesia during the operation;
9. Patients with major intraoperative bleeding.
