研究目的:

本研究拟采用多模态MRI对缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿头颅进行检查,观察其颅脑发育情况,评估其脑部缺血缺氧程度,探讨该技术用于诊断新生儿有无缺血缺氧性脑病,及随访评估患儿缺血缺氧程度的可行性。  

Objectives of Study:

This study intends to use multimodal MRI to examine the head of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, observe the development of their brain, evaluate the hypoxic-ischemic degree of brain, and explore the feasibility of this technology for diagnosis of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and follow-up to evaluate the hypoxic-ischemic degree of brain.

纳入标准:

研究周期内临床怀疑为缺血缺氧性脑病,且在我院进行头颅MRI检查的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

Children who were clinically suspected of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy during the study period and underwent head MRI examination in our hospital.

排除标准:

家属放弃治疗;家属要求退出研究。

Exclusion criteria:

The family gave up the treatment; the family requested to withdraw from the study.

以产科病史和新生儿期神经症状作为诊断参考标准;血液生化检查作为评估脑部缺血缺氧程度的参考标准。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Obstetric history and neurological symptoms during the neonatal period are often considered the diagnostic reference standard for hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Blood biochemical examination is used as a reference standard for evaluating the hypoxic-ischemic degree of brain.
