研究目的：

主要目的：通过对肾癌患者进行多参数磁共振扫描，提取多参数磁共振特征，分析其与肾癌患者肿瘤病理、分子、预后的相关性，并建立预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluate the efficacy and stability of multiparameter MRI in predicting the pathological, molecular and prognostic characteristics of renal cell carcinoma.

纳入标准：

在四川大学华西医院确诊为肾癌且自愿接受磁共振检查的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who were diagnosed with renal cancer in West China Hospital of Sichuan University and voluntarily underwent magnetic resonance examination.

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18岁；
2.有磁共振禁忌症如：
(1)孕妇；
(2)体内金属植入物及幽闭恐惧症。
3.患者拒绝参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Less than 18 years old;
2. There are contraindications to magnetic resonance such as:
(1) pregnant women;
(2) Metal implants in vivo and claustrophobia.
3. The patient refused to participate in this study.
