研究目的：

目的：（1）明确血浆PCSK9水平是否作为一种危险因子影响脓毒症患者的临床预后。（2）基于与脓毒症预后密切相关的早期危险因子建立28天死亡风险预测模型并验证。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To determine whether plasma PCSK9 levels as a risk factor affect clinical prognosis in patients with sepsis; (2) Establish a 28-day mortality risk prediction model based on early risk factors associated with sepsis prognosis and validated it.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合Sepsis-3.0诊断标准的脓毒症和脓毒性休克患者；
（2）年龄>18岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with sepsis or sepsis chock met diagnosis standard of sepsis-3.0;
(2) Aged > 18 years old.

排除标准：

（1）孕妇
（2）24小时内死亡的患者
（3）合并恶性肿瘤
（4）合并免疫抑制性疾病（AIDS）

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant woman;
(2) Patients who died within 24 hours;
(3) Complicated with malignant tumors;
(4) Complicated with immunosuppressive disease(AIDS).
