研究目的：

比较接受腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术患者术行导管对粘膜胰腺空肠吻合术（兵式吻合）放置与不放置内引流胰管支撑管患者的临床胰瘘（ISGPS的POPF标准中B+C）发生率的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the postoperative pancreatic fistula（ISGPS B+C） in the patients undergoing PJ reconstruction with or without pancreatic duct stent in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)具有手术适应症的壶腹周围肿瘤患者；
2)心肺功能基本正常；
3)年龄在18-75岁，性别不限；
4)体力状况尚好，Karnofsky评分≥70分；
5)病人及家属知情并签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with periampullary tumors with surgical indications;
2. Cardiopulmonary function is basically normal;
3. Aged 18-75 years old;
4. The physical condition is still good, the Karnofsky score >=70 points;
5. The patient and family members are informed and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1)手术中因各种原因中转开腹者；
2)术中无法找到胰管者；
3)妊娠、哺乳期妇女或计划生育的育龄患者；
4)严重心、肝、肾功能不全者；
5)精神异常或有精神病史且不能自主配合者；
6)三个月内参加过其他临床试验者；
7)既往有化疗、放疗或腹部手术史；
8)研究者认为不宜进入试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who have been converted to open surgery for various reasons during surgery;
2) The pancreatic duct cannot be found during the operation;
3) Pregnant women, Lactating women or family planning for children of childbearing age;
4) Those with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction;
5) Those who have mental disorders or have a history of mental illness and are unable to cooperate independently;
6) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within three months;
7) previous history of chemotherapy, radiotherapy or abdominal surgery;
8) The investigator believes that it is not appropriate to enter the trial.
