Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

择期全麻下行口腔颌面外科手术的老年患者。

Inclusion criteria

Elderly patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery under elective general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.痴呆、急诊手术、心动过缓、病态窦房结综合征、心脏传导阻滞；
2.肝或肾功能衰竭，术前ASA分级≥III级。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dementia, emergency surgery, bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, heart block;
2. Liver or renal failure, preoperative ASA grade >= grade III.
